This is your invitation to step away from the noise and into a sacred space where your soul can breathe.
Faith Based Wellness Retreats
hosted in
30A - Florida’s Emerald Coast
Whether you’re walking through grief, burnout, transition—or celebrating a milestone, birthday, or fresh beginning—you’re invited to step into a sacred space where your soul can exhale.
Every season brings something different. Some are heavy with heartache. Others are full of beauty and becoming. And sometimes, it’s both at once. No matter where you find yourself, God meets you there—with just what you need.
When life feels overwhelming, our nervous system stays on high alert—wired for survival, not peace. And even in seasons of joy, our bodies often need time to slow down and fully receive. Over time, the constant swirl of emotions and demands can leave us feeling disconnected and weary.
That’s why we need spaces set apart. Places where we can breathe again. Where our minds can quiet, our bodies can rest, and our spirits can remember what it feels like to simply be. God never meant for us to live in panic—He designed us for peace.
This is the heart behind our retreats: to offer a Christ-centered, supportive space where you can find rest, regulation, and renewal. A space to reconnect with your body, your story, and your Savior—no matter what season you’re in.
God's pace is slower than ours, and when we align ourselves with His rhythms, we find peace and rest.
John Mark Comer

“The KALEO Women’s Retreat was exactly what I needed and it exceeded my expectations! The leaders were incredibly caring and hospitable, taking a genuine interest in each of us. Their strength and depth as Christian women were evident and inspiring. The facilities were absolutely beautiful, and I felt completely pampered throughout the weekend.
I especially loved the presence of multiple generations—it created a rich, welcoming atmosphere, and I never once felt out of place, even as one of the oldest attendees. The food was delicious, wholesome, fresh, and lovingly prepared by hand in the home’s kitchen.
The worship was deeply spirit-filled, and as we shared our stories, a real sense of bonding and sisterhood formed among us. It was a truly uplifting and unforgettable experience.
I would highly recommend the KALEO Retreat!!”Sharon Johnson

Sabrina Chamberlin
Founder of KALEO | Retreat Curator | Ministry Leader | Seminary Student
For over a decade, Sabrina has been curating transformational experiences—from producing large-scale events for global leaders like John Maxwell, TED, and Passion, to running her own event company that brought vision to life through intentional gatherings. But the most meaningful invitation she has received didn’t come from a stage—it came from the quiet voice of God, calling her into deeper healing, wholeness, and a new mission.
With 8 years of ministry leadership and current theological training at Dallas Theological Seminary, her foundation is rooted in Christ. And yet, it was through walking out her own healing journey—through trauma, addiction, and breaking generational patterns—that she realized the Church often lacked a space for whole-person wellness. She longed for a place that integrated spiritual depth with holistic care, but all she found was new-age answers.
So, she followed the prompting to create what I couldn’t find: KALEO. A sacred space for women to realign with God, restore their minds, bodies, and spirits, and rise into their Kingdom calling.
Today, she is passionate about seeing the army of God rise—strong, healed, and whole. KALEO is more than a retreat; it’s a movement to help women live anchored, Spirit-led lives with rhythms of rest, renewal, and purpose.

Rachel Turner
Whole-Person Wellness Advocate | Hormone Health Educator | Gospel-Centered Teacher
Rachel Turner knows firsthand that true healing is rarely found in a “quick fix.” In her early twenties, she battled panic attacks, anxiety, people-pleasing, painful periods, and persistent breakouts—challenges that led her to dig deep into the root causes of physical and emotional dysfunction. Through prayer, research, and a lot of trial and error, Rachel discovered that real wellness is about stewardship—not just of our bodies, but of every part of our lives.
Today, she is passionate about equipping women to move beyond one-size-fits-all solutions and instead embrace a holistic, Gospel-centered approach to health. She believes that Jesus meant it when He said He came to give us life abundant, and that abundance touches every area of our being—physical, emotional, mental, relational, and spiritual.
As an active-duty member of the U.S. Air Force and a committed student, Rachel is currently pursuing certifications as a Hormone Coach, Christian Health Practitioner (CHP), and Fertility Education & Medical Management (FEMM) Instructor. Her teaching is anchored in the belief that our bodies matter to God, and that healing often begins when we invite Him into every layer of our wellness journey.
She lives in Sumter, South Carolina with her best friend and husband, along with their beloved chocolate lab, Grizzly.
*will be onsite for August + November retreat

Lindsey Merrick
Leadership Team | Hospitality | Community Lead
Lindsey Merrick first came to Kaleo as a retreat guest in a season of deep personal challenge. Searching for a women’s retreat that put Jesus at the center—not just as a mention, but as the foundation—she found Kaleo. That weekend changed everything. What started as a leap of faith became a soul-level transformation: deep rest, sacred sisterhood, and spiritual renewal.
Now serving on the leadership team, Lindsey brings both personal experience and professional excellence to every retreat. A former K–8 school principal turned business executive, she now embraces life at home as a homeschooling mom with a heart for hospitality, healing, and wholeness.
Lindsey is especially passionate about nourishing the body with good things God placed on the earth—real food, rest, movement, and rhythms of grace. At Kaleo, she assists with retreat planning, food preparation and the guest experience—ensuring each woman is met with warmth, beauty, and the presence of God from the moment she arrives.
Lindsey lives in Georgia with her husband, two children, and a third baby on the way. Whether organizing logistics or baking homemade sourdough, she believes wellness is worship—and that God transforms, heals, and redeems when we make space to meet with Him.
