KALEO: to call
The Greek word kaleō (καλέω) appears frequently in the New Testament of the Bible and means "call". It is often used to describe a special call from God that involves service, sacrifice, and dedication.
2 Timothy 1:9- He has saved us and called us to a holy life—not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace.

Our retreat experience is curated to be a catalyst for your spiritual + health journey. A holistic spiritual wellness experience intended to restore your mind, body and soul led by Christian coaches in the mental health, wellness, physical health and pastoral spaces.
Nourishing and healthy meals, movement, intimate coaching experiences, wellness nutrition, spa therapy, worship, prayer and resources to help you thrive and continue your health journey beyond the retreat.

You carry a lot for your family, work and community. You love the Lord, but are so busy juggling all your different worlds, that His voice and presence has felt more distant lately. You have little time to yourself and crave a space where you can rest, hear God’s voice, experience healing, restoration and peace.
I get it. I know you, because I was you. My world was turned upside down in 2020 after a heartbreaking family diagnosis, a beautiful but crushing season of ministry, becoming a newlywed and years of unresolved trauma rising to the surface.
I longed for a space to rest, where I could nourish my body with healthy foods, spend time with other like-minded women and sit with Jesus.
